Reservation Guidelines
Send an email with the following information:
• Name of the Apartment (Example: El Catedral on San José Street)
• Name of Guest (One full name only)
• Total adults and children in party
• Date and time of arrival
• Date and time of departure
• Any additional requests or information you might need

Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. No reservation is confirmed until monies are received. A Rental Contract must be signed by the renter and a 50% rental fee deposit is required.  Upon check in a refundable $250.00 USD security deposit is also required. Security deposit refunds will be made no later than 30 days after departure date.

An invoice for the total amount due for your reservation will be emailed with the availability notification. There is a 24 hour time limit for monies to be received in order to guarantee your reservation. Full payment must be completed with at least 30 days in advance of your check in date.

Payments are processed by PayPal and a Rental Voucher will be provided after full payment is received.
