El Tranquilidad at 6 Calle Cruz was the perfect condo for our vacation. It is centrally located to everything in Old San Juan and the apartment itself is so cute and homey. Its ammenities of wireless internet and satelite tv were a plus too. But the owner and manger were extremely friendly and happy to help with any of our questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering staying in PR. It really was the best choice for our vacation!

While going to Puerto Rico and staying at "El Mirador" ... a penthouse suite / rental you would not expect the personal tour guide option. But with the del Valle family that is what we got. More Puerto Rico went into our stomachs and livers thanks to these great landlords and hosts. The stayinpr.com folks really blew our minds. The del Valle family (owners of more than 10 apartments in the San Juan and Rincon areas) went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we not only got our money's worth, but that our cultural experience was one that would be hard to forget. I can safely say that I gained 4 lbs in two weeks of debauchery in old San Juan, but then again, that is the Puerto Rican way around "Three Kings Day." Due to the wireless internet throughout, I was able to actually work, though I worked far less than the industrious Canadian I was in colder temperatures.

I stayed in the Balcon apartment at 6 Calle Cruz for a month and had a great experience. It is a beautiful apartment with lots of big shuttered doors that open onto a balcony and bird-filled almond tree. It stays surprising cool, despite the fact there's AC only in the bedroom. The apartment is in a very safe part of town centrally located to plenty of great restaurants, bars, museums, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Our experience @ El Mirador can not be described by words alone. The Del Valle family went above and beyond to accomodate us; specially with only one day's notice during the busiest week in April. The apartment and the views are fantastic, the tranquility and neighbors of Calle Cruz are just a few of the amenities that go unaccounted for along with onsite management available 24 hours a day (Cuco!). We will definitely contact the Del Valle's for our next vacation which we hope will be soon. Thank You!

We stayed for a week at El Boqueron, partly for business and partly for a vacation. Easy to get to from the airport (although you might have to help the driver with instructions). We arrived quite late, but the taxi driver called the manager and he was there in a couple of minutes. Wonderful location, near restaurants, bars, shops and historic sites. Self-catering was easy, with a supermarket about five minutes away. We loved the outside patio - great place for breakfast and a barbecue. Lots of plants, and plenty of birds out there in the morning. Also the tiled floor and interesting art on the walls. We went dancing at La Rumba just down the street - even if you don't dance, it's worth going just to see the experts salsa. Most kinds of restaurants (cheap to expensive) less than 10 minutes walk away. Easy to get taxis from the nearby plaza. If you want to go on organized tours (e.g. snorkelling, rain forest etc.) the companies will usually do a pickup in the plaza. We were out late at night and always felt comfortable walking back to the apartment. Overall rating: great place to stay in a wonderful neighbourhood.

My wife and I and children came to Puerto Rico for business and pleasure. We wanted to experience Old San instead of a hotel version of it. My family was very comfortable in our wonderfully furnished apartment. We experienced the beautiful Spanish Colonial scenery, Puerto Rican food, pleasant people, and culture of Old San Juan.I highly recommend Adoquin, Inc. for your housing needs in Old San Juan. We stayed at one of the Devalle's apt. in Old San Juan. The Mirador, The apt was beautiful, it was perfect.The friendliness of the DeValle family was excellent. We stayed at El Boqueron for a long weekend in January. What a great apartment, great suggestions from the host and a great neighborhood. Simply fabulous!!

El Mirador in Calle Cruz was the perfect apartement for the first days of our vacation in Puerto Rico. It is big, windy, nice and cosy, and the view from the roof is fantastic. And the location was great! The remaining days of our vacation, we stayed in Ricon, at Rincon Ocean Club. The apartment was nice,the beach was beautiful, and the pool was clean. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, and thanks to him we had an amazing vacation!
